So as you all know I LOVE baking.
I love anything that requires my hands and making things. I’ve always loved arts & crafts so when the cupcake craze hit a few years ago of course I wanted to try it. I am always asked for the receipe when I make a cake so I want to share it with you all.
This is the recipe to my chocolate biscuit cake. It took a while to find the right consistency but this one is just incredible.
I use 2 x 6 inch round tins and the put them on top of each other and use a hot spoon around the edges to get a seamless finish before icing.
Chocolate biscuit cake–
2 x Digestive biscuits
1 x Rich Tear biscuits
1 x Sharing bag of Malteasers
450g Cadburys Chocolate
450g Galaxy Chocolate
450ml Golden Syrup
You wont be disappointed.
To ice this cake I used baby pink fondant. To attach the sprinkles to the bottom I applied a thin layer of buttercream and for the drip I used a white chocolate ganache.
If you have any other questions about the cake don’t hesitate to ask.
